- Verify A/C blowing warm, recover A/C found 0.86 lbs in system. System requires 1.32 lbs. Per customer compressor was recently changed on Tuesday 07/16/24. Check compressor, compressor clutch not turning on. Check power to compressor, power okay at this time. Check A/C relay okay at this time. Inspect compressor and found one connector to the compressor not fully engaged. Reconnect compressor and recheck. Found 1 of 3 connectors not fully clicked in, re-installed all 3 connectors. compressor turning on. Road test vehicle to check connection. A/C okay at this time.
- EVACUATE AND RECHARGE A/C SYSTEM TO VEHICLE SPECIFICATION. FREON CHARGED SEPARATELY.
